Do I need any specific tools or software to view the digital platform?

No specific tool or software is required to view the digital content. The only requirement is an Internet-capable end device (PC or laptop, tablet, smartphone) and a stable internet connection.

Please use Google Chrome browser to access the live stream. If problems occur, we invite you to switch to Mozilla Firefox browser. We strongly suggest you not to use Internet Explorer as a browser, since our service does not support it.

 

Many factors could influence the live page display, we strongly encourage you to follow these steps:

  • Cookies

The live stream requires your agreement regarding internet cookies. Please make sure cookies are allowed on the event website. We also encourage you deactivate AdBlock, antiviruses and similar malware protection for this specific website.

  • VPN and Network

To enforce security against malicious intents, your professional computer or and/or network might block specific ports or internet elements. If that is the case, please check the live page with your mobile phone's data.
